We had a very enjoyable stay for a couple of nights staff were excellent in every way, so lovely to find a nice hotel whet your dog is treated as well as you. My only gripe would be the evening meal which I’m afraid was poor compared to the one we’d had the night before at my daughter’s hotel, probably would help to provide a couple of really quality choices rather than a full menu, however we would most definitely go back to the hotel

The hotel was very conveniently placed for hopping on the tram. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and rooms good value. Would definitely stay here again.
