"The stay was in a beautiful location and close to the terminus for the bus 151 to Mirabel Palace in central Salzburg. Our room was clean, however the main plug socket was not attached to the wall in a safe fashion. The pillows were awful and provided no support for the neck. We would suggest that the pillows are changed to firmer ones. The staff / owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, even their lovely children were helping in the breakfast room during our stay and were sweet. The hotel...

friendly. Very convenient if you are driving and want a base for the area without entering the city. Good transport into Salzburg. Only downside was bei g on the top floor with no lift i had to carry up our large cases, fine for me but worth making sure you have a room in the main building or ground floor if you will struggle."

"We werent too sure what to expect from the outside but once inside it was a great experience - room was massive and very comfy with great facilities. Able to leave bags until we needed to leave. Shower large and just what was needed. Kettle for a coffee :) bed comfy :)"

"We had an overall good experience staying at the passenger hotel in Salzburg. There is a big mall 4 min away with plenty of shops and food choices. The train to the city center is 5 min walk away. The gym is very modern, including a reformer Pilates as well. The hotel is about 4 km from the city centre, we walked to the city centre, as we love exploring the non turistic areas as well, but there are lots of busses going to that direction too. "Very clean and bright hotel rooms. This was a fantastic place to stay for a quick stopover for our trip. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Affordable and included free parking!
Was recommended Marta’s restaurant just 2 minute drive away by the front desk for traditional Austrian food and it was fun to go there and try new things. "
