"Nothing was too much trouble for the staff,everyone was very friendly, warm & welcoming. They gave clear advice about the best route into Bath on a very busy weekend & it made our trip run smoothly. We had a small dog with us ,who was greeted by all staff in a wonderful dog friendly manner, our dog was so happy & relaxed in the room, which had bowls, dog mat, poobags & treats ,& in the hotel lounges , bars & restaurant where she made friends with lots of the staff."

The reception team were amazing and said we could have our room at 12pm which was 3 hours before scheduled check in. We actually got a room we didn’t like at first and they swapped it instantly no problems asked. "A fantastic hotel with very friendly staff, it’s the fourth time we’ve stayed as the children love it. The swimming pool and spa is excellent ( you have to pay extra for this service when booking through Hotels.com which they don’t say on the website 😡)
