"I have already made the complaint to the manager. We had an infestation of ants in one room, then was moved to another room; more bugs.
The manager did connect with me and he was very concerned and he made things right.
Except for the bug situation, The rooms were nice.
Please close down the hotel for a day and do a thorough cleaning and spray!! "
"We had many delays getting into Fort Lauderdale. Costa was terrific checking us in at 3am! The front desk was happy to communicate with us and reassure us the delay would not be a problem!
Upon arrival, check-in was smooth. Our room was comfortably cool, for the Florida heat wave, the beds were tremendously comfortable, with perfect black-out drapes to get a few extra hours sleep after the long day of travel.
We were greeted with a hand written note in our room, welcoming us to our stay. Very nice touch that you don’t see often. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean! However, the best part was waking up to the most amazing view of both the inter-coastal waterway and Atlantic Ocean! WOW!
