"Beautiful hotel in a great location. I would recommend paying the extra and getting the sea view rooms - the view is breathtaking! The rooms are not huge but at the same time are big enough to move around freely in. The room has a kettle although could perhaps benefit from some other self-catering facilities, but there is a small fridge which is good for storing drinks etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. "Our second visit here (Oct 2022 and Oct 2024] and whilst the service and food are still excellent, the property is starting to look tired. We often had stained or torn bed sheets. The shower heavily leaked and we could hear the water/drainage system loudly from showers and toilets in other rooms. The pool areas were quite dirty with quite a few damaged or stained sunbeds. "This property is family friendly. Unfortunately, it was the least inclusive all-inclusive I have ever been to. There was no one to help with your bags. They did not provide washcloths, robes or slippers. Even though it was “all-inclusive” there is an up charge for premium alcohol. The adults only areas are not quite separate from the family areas. "Resort was lovely the staff all super friendly and helpful. Ultra clean and fantastic pool. It’s quite remote which is great if you want peace and quiet and to stay in resort. 3 on site restaurants.. La Mirada (Sushi) was very good , La Mesa Escondida also good , but Los Olivos ( pizza Pasta) was just shockingly bad for a resort like this & not cheap. Would def recommend but avoid Los Olivos & definitely hire a car. "
