Hotel cancelled the day before travel received to comflicting stories one said was being renovated. Another said shut because of not safe to the pubic. Just felt rather disappointed with the very short notice. Especially after it had been booked for 8 months.

I really enjoyed my stay here, bedroom huge, bathroom very nice, spa facilities excellent - lounge areas, wifi, bar, breakfast etc, all great. 10 min walk to central station, and staff were happy to hold my luggage prior to check in and check out too. I would stay again due to the pool and facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay from start to finish. Jess (think her name was) on reception was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Even received an upgrade. Room was very clean and huge. Well worth the money and will make that out base when visiting Glasgow from now on.
