Such a shame to pay $400 a night and no heated pool. Food was great, although it must be at specific times to eat not all day. On day 2 I was informed I was not able to continue drinking Jameson or Macalan 12 whiskey and must choose something else which was odd. Room was mediocre at best. Staff was beyong amazing however and very attentive. Would not stay here again personally, but think hotel is nice. Also, mostly older crowds and late music in lobby was 80's music which was a huge turn off. This, my travlers is an honest review. Would rate this hotel a soft 7 out of 10.

Loved our stay here. Definitely for older couples and friends. Great location, 10 minutes to the Sunset strip, Lovely pool areas, comfy beds and amazing food, make sure you book El Goucho,The hotel doesn't have your usual Ibiza vibe, but they do have a dj every afternoon We loved it none the less. Would definitely go back.

We had an excellent stay here. Facilities are great, good options very good (perhaps room to grown for vegans) but the highlight is the individual and personable service of every single staff member we interacted with. Really great customer experience!
