trip to Northstar and it was everything we needed. The room was very clean and much larger than I thought it would be. The beds had a ton of blankets, with extras available "just in case". resort were much too high on the weekend, and we were staying there the rest of the week. Rates here were reasonable for a Saturday night, location was great on the lake, near lots of restaurants. And room was comfortable for 5 of us. Was perfect for what we were looking for and got us to the slopes for one extra day without breaking the budget."

"Very spacious 1500 sqft 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the top floor with a vaulted ceiling. North Star is super quiet in early June and there was barely anyone walking about. Many of the shops/restaurants are closed so the "vibe" is kind of dead. But to visit the lake and relax, this was a perfect time to visit. Only 1 elevator for the building would be frustrating in busy times. Parking lot beneath the building. Small gym hot tub on 2nd floor. Close to the

type but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Place is high class with plenty of things to do for kids moms and dads. Proximity to Truckee and Tahoe makes anything else you might want to do easy as well. "
