"Our room was clean and thoroughly tidied each day. We appreciate the attention to detail of each staff member and their kindness and awareness. We used the sauna ammenities and had a lovely time. The concierge we used to pass on items to a third party laundry we give were super helpful. The receptionists were well equipped with helpful information in both English and Mandarin.
