"Fantastic hotel, highly recommended and a great location to everything you want to see in Hamburg. Room was clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and accommodating the moment we walked through the doors. Lovely pool and gym amenities. If you have a late flight they will let you stay an hour 3-6 hours for a fee but it's worth it if you don't want to carry your bags everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!"

"As always, very lovely stay at Grand Elyssée. Alcove room is good for a family of 4. The restaurants er all super and breakfast is perfect.

"Overall the hotel property was excellent! The rooms were spacious and very modern -incorporating best of class technology for room controls. The service for the restaurant could be improved - as we felt the waiters were not well versed with the menu and might not be as trained. We didn’t understand what the purpose of the bar at the atrium when the waiters still had to go to the rooftop bar to get drinks. Our toilet rolls were replaced when the rooms are serviced which felt unnecessary. Loved...
