quite disappointing stay: - large and noisy construction across the street. i was offered a better room, for an extra charge, of course - i got locked out of the room. it took me 3 trips to the reception desk and the entire lock had to be taken down. why use fancy door locking devices if they don't work? - toilet broken - the cleaning person knocks at the door in the morning, but does not wait for an answer. if you are not fast enough, you end up with a strange person in the middle of your room. quite funny, if you have your clothes on. - self parking is an extra 20EUR! not happy overall

Lovely modern hotel in a nice location right next to the Tierpark. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and were pleased with both. The A/C was especially appreciated since we had been traveling a month in Denmark without any, during a heat wave. Some people might think the hotel décor is a bit kitschy, but after a month of Danish modern it was a nice change.

Nettes Hotel , Zimmerpreis ok aber Frühstück für 20€ muss das sein ? Ebenso das Parkhaus pauschal über Nacht 22€ ...das sind unrealistische Preise mit dem Hintergrund von Grössenwahn.Ansonsten käme da noch die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer hinzu.Wenn sich jemand im Nachbarzimmer unterhällt ist es so als wenn da jemand direkt im Zimmer ist.

Interessantes Hotel im alten Kolonialstil. Konsequent durchgestylt. Gutes (wenn auch teures) Frühstück, nette Bedienung, freundliche Rezeptionistinnen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht mit, aber dafür kann das Hotel nicht.
