getaway. We were celebrating our son's birthday when we stayed in the hotel, and overall it was a good experience. The team prepared, what I assumed was the standard setup for children staying in the hotel, with balloons, a tent, and a sweet treat, which were all appreciated.

"Excellent self-contained hotel. They have everything. You don’t have to go out for anything. I did get mosquito bitten first night. But, after I complained they sprayed the room and that took care of it. The restaurants and pools are amazing!"

"Modern hotel and very clean. Unfortunately service is very poor. Had to wait 1 hour in the restaurant for our food even though it was almost empty. Also, the level of English speaking is not great so it’s hard to communicate as a foreigner. Did laundry service which took much longer to get back then what was communicated. "

otherwise you need to walk or catch a taxi to a big shopping mall.
There was no washing machine in the room.

Pool on the 5th floor was high enough to be quiet enough and not too windy, and the gym was well equipped and spacious with bluetooth headphones.
It would be great if the spa offered sauna and steam room.
Stayed in the exec suite which has ample space to relax on a solo trip. It's a shame the room was facing a soon to be construction site and the less affluent side, but a minor issue. Earplugs were supplied.

"Really nice budget hotel in the centre of Jakarta. As with most hotels in Indonesia the staff and the service was wonderful! Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Good location close to restaurants and coffee shops and a shopping mall right across the road. I would certainly recommend staying here and will be back soon!"

"The hotel is a real gem in Jakarta. As usual the sourrounding is quite loud, busy and dirty but as soon as you get into the hotel you can forget about this. The stuff is super friendly, the place is super clean and the pool area invites for resting!"
