"We stayed in the cave suite which was great for a family of four. Two beds and a bathroom for the kids and a separate bedroom and bathroom for the adults. They brought an ample breakfast every day to our room, which was lovely. The room had a hot tub and the little courtyard enclosed that the kids enjoyed. Then we had upstairs the patio with an amazing view. Easy walk to Fira. Pro tip: we rented a car at the airport and drove and it wasn’t bad at all. That enabled us to have the car to drive around the island one day when we were there."

"I loved my stay at Santorini Palace, this is a really beautiful and well-maintained property, with great views of areas of the island. My room was excellent, clean and comfortable, very spacious and cozy. The staff all over the hotel is friendly and attentive. Food was average, and as everything in Santorini a bit overpriced. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, very close to the town of Fira and Imerovigli, where you can easily walk from the hotel. Just steps away from the main entrance you can have the stunning views of the Caldera from the Three Bells of Fira lookout point."

"We arrived at Grand View after having a bad experience at another place. What a difference we had here. The lady on reception (Sophia I think) was so welcoming and informative. We booked some activities with her. She had info about the island, beaches, places to eat and then got staff to show us to our room and take our luggage. The room was amazing. Spotless and spacious. The views were incredible and the balcony was a perfect finishing touch. We spent 3 nights in the lux suite and 3 nights in the honeymoon suite. Both were amazing so I'd recommend either. The staff were always on hand and couldn't do enough; from front desk, to cleaners, restaurant staff and maintenance. I didn't get the guys name who runs the pool bar and restaurant but he is an asset to the hotel. One of the best experiences of customer care, hospitality and their amazing use of the property they have. If I come back to Santorini, this is where I am staying. Take my advice and book here."
