Should have taken the room next door.
First impressions - walked through the door to the room and it smelt strongly of weed. Left the patio doors open for 3 hour's. Went out for a walk, came back and it still smelt. Contacted K Space and they were surprised and offered us a room next door. We turned the room down as we thought the smell would go. However, over the next three days it didnt. Every time we came back to the room it smelt strong, even if you left the room for the bathroom it hit you when you came back. All clothes needed washing when we got home! Positives - lovely location, room had everything you could need. Only thing letting the accommodation is the guests that used the room before us.

What a find these apartments are. Stayed here for my birthday and loved them. Really central on a great street. Loved having a balcony to have a drink outside before going out. There is a huge car park at the rear which wasn’t busy and not too expensive. Much better than a hotel room. These are dog friendly so I would maybe suggest a hoover is left in the room. I did bring my own as I like to leave it as I found it and am always conscious of leaving dog hair behind. Also a reading light next to the bed would be great. But I’m not picking here tbh. Would definitely return.

Great city centre location.
Apartment was modern, clean and as advertised. Fantastic central location. Parking was a bit of an issue, but Sheffield is such a pedestrian friendly city with really good public transport options, that next time we will probably leave the car at home.

Perfect Central location - Modern and Stylist
The Stay was perfect. Great central location with local amenities close by. A little noisy but the windows do a good job at drowning out city centre Sheffield. Apartment very modern, clean and the Penthouse was wonderful with a very large patio area. It’s a shame I didn’t get the chance to enjoy it further as the trip was for business and not pleasure. Very professional and organised set up.
