El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente, sin embargo, está en un 3er/4o piso, con escalones en mal estado, donde con maletas es muy complicado subir. Hay mucho mosquito dentro del departamento y las paredes sucias, con sangre, incluso las sabanas, producto de que al matar los mosquitos, estas quedaron manchadas. Dan pesimo aspecto
