Nic big room 2 very comfortable single beds. Great breakfast (at extra cost). Very central & literally next to underground carpark. Thoroughly recommend this hotel - don’t expect holiday inn style, this is a proper Netherlands house.

The staff was awesome, breakfast was top knocked!! Our room was noisy facing the river, even with the windowsclosed. If you book a room ask for a courtyard view. No lift and we were on the top floor. Alot of European hotel are like that. Ask for a lower floor as the steps are very steep.

A FANTASTIC STAY IN MAASTRICHT

This was the first time that we had visited this hotel and we were not disappointed. On arrival at the Reception we were treated lime members of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manger and his team of amazing staff. They all went out of their way to ensure that we had a greet three night stay. The breakfasts were really substantial and set us up for the day. The Drink and Cake in the afternoon was a nice little touch. Overall it was a great experience. Congratulations to all concerned. I would certainly recommend this lovely hotel

Bra hotell med bra läge.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge nära centrum, sevärdheter och restauranger. Det enda som drar ner betyget en aning är att det ligger i ett gammalt hus med väldigt trånga och branta trappor. Vi fick ett fint rum högst upp men vägen upp och er med bagage var besvärlig. Ingen hiss. Men i det stora hela, mycket trevligt!

Service bij receptie prima. Vriendelijk en informatief. Kamer was prima. Ruim en schoon. Douche was niet ok. Te weinig waterdruk 3e etage. En de hoogte was niet goed. Advies om het bad eruit te halen zodat je op een normale manier onder deregendouche kan staan. Gewone douchekop kon niet op een goede manier opgehangen worden.

Im ersten Zimmer war Schimmel im Bad, auf Nachfragen bekamen wir direkt ein anderes Zimmer. Dies war deutlich kleiner und in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Aber für mich kein 4 Sterne Standard. Das Bett war gemütlich und die Lage war absolut top. Wenn man einen der wenigen Parkplätze bekommt, kann man für 28€ die Nacht zentral parken. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, das Buffet sah OK aus.
