Great little getaway.

WiFi didn’t work and low water pressure in toilet tap. Kitchen was brilliant with a lot of kit. Cooking was very easy. Mini market is also great.

Good hotel and location

The location of Caybeach was fine for us as we had a car. There is a free bus from the hotel to Maspalomas beach a few times per day. The apartment we had was at the back of the large site and not in a sunny position. The staf were fine and friendly, I would stay again.

Nice.

Nice Room, however the air con charge was a surprise! You also had to pay for extra towels! Oh and the TV, not as though it was needed! Poolside Bar and Restaurant staff and service very good. Reception most helpful.

Fantastic family stay during a massive heatwave. Aircon room was appreciated. Pretty large pool with bar services and food. Beds are pretty comfortable as far as holiday beds go. Our only issue was the noise of the cleaners way in the morning. Cleaning carts wasn't so bad but the ladies would shout down to each other. One morning the bungalow next to use had been getting cleaned at 8 am and the beds being moved around bellowed throughout our room. Other than that can't fault the place equal distance to the lighthouse area than it is to kasbah/jumbo. Quiet in the evenings.

Fabulous!

Fantastic experience here. We stayed in a large bungalow (2 adults 1 child), we requested 2 bungalows next door to each other which was honoured. The bungalows were much bigger than we expected and were very clean and were cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are good facilities on site, including a pool bar, shop, games area and restaurant which are all reasonably priced. We did a pay as you go breakfast, which was good and very reasonable for children at €3.50. The pool was cleaned daily - one of the cleanest pools I have seen. There is also a little jacuzzi area which we enjoyed. The complex is about 5 mins in a taxi to the beach and lighthouse, which costs around €5. As soon as reception calls a taxi one arrives! There are lots of taxis in the town / by the beach to bring you back. Our stay here exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend.

Rigtig fint værelse med lille ‘have’ der er delt med det omkringliggende værelser. Rigtig fine pools - dog lidt for kolde da vi var der. Meget serviceminded personale- både i receptionen og rengøring. De havde sat babyseng klar da vi kom og man kunne låne en højstol(mod er depositum).

Die Bungalows wurden vor kurzem renoviert. Wir wurden sehr angenehm überrascht, als uns ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Bungalow mit einem privaten Pool angeboten wurde. Der Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer angenehm groß.

Vi kommer fra et nordligt land og på denne årstid er der få timers sol og meget koldt hver dag. Når vi tager på ferie i denne periode er det fordi vi virkelig gerne vil se og mærke solen, gerne fra vores vores altan/terrasse. På værelse 312 er der konstant skygge, altså slet ingen sol på noget tidspunkt. Det har vi aldrig oplevet før og vil derfor fremover spørge ind til det i forbindelse med booking, så det ikke sker igen.

Vi hadde et ok opphold. Deilig med et lite privat basseng. Rommet var ikke helt rent ved ankomst. Det var bl.a. ikke vasket i skapene. Der lå det sand. Vi hadde også kakerlakker på rommet, noe som ikke var spesielt hyggelig. Minus for at man må betalt 3 euro dagen for safe og depositum på 10 euro for fjernkontroll. Bassengområdet var fint. Gratis shuttle bus til stranden var bra. Hyggelig personale 😊
