We booked this property for one night in Liverpool When we got to there we were unable to access the room because we were never provided with a code to the front door. We then spent several hours outside the property trying to gain access while to call the contact numbers provided to us, none of which were answered. Fortunately for us when we went round the back a maintenance man was leaving through the back door. We was informed that this property is under new ownership and the previous owner has been taking bookings though this website. This was not even the first time this had happened that week and when we left the property another man was at the front door who had booked though the same website. The maintenance man provided us with the new owners direct Constance number and we managed to get a booking straight from him as our previous booking did not infect exist. We have now payed twice for the same property and this ordeal took a sizeable chunk out of our day and added a lot of needless stress to what should have been an enjoyable weekend.

I will recommend this place for it's well functioning tidy rooms and very clean toilets and bathroom. You get a pin code at about 2:30 pm via email to press hard on the keypad to twist and push open the heavy front door to then look for the room and a keybox when then you are to turn a suitcase like combination to try and take out a key to open the room door!
Rooms are larger than London's. There are showers and bath with proper soap and clean towels. There are suspected leftover visitor shower shampoos.
There is no one cleaner seen so take care of your own bathroom! Some one do come to put new toilet rolls!
The fully functional kitchen is great for cooking! The fridge is stocked with food from travellers long gone and a little suspicious to even touch.
Ovens, microwave, stove, kettle, utensils, chopping board, everything is working plus a television.
The Coke fridge is so noist that you can hardly hear the telly.
Neighbouring rooms can be an annoyance. One night some one on the top of my room decided to literally jump and thump the feet the whole midnight. No response when I tried to calm the excited souls.
What can be improved... perhaps the messaging replies. I needed to know where to leave my bags. Ended up leaving out by the staircase.
Location? Central. Walks: 15 min with heavy luggage to Liverpool Lime Street. 18 min to the Docks and Liverpool One. Baltic Market party zone and Chinatown min away.
The property has offers running, call them! I regret not doing.

Greeted on arrival, guided to a safe place to park, shown the amenities and left to it. The very pleasant greeter wasn't seen again! Recommend.

Lovely room however lights did not work bathroom light would not switch off and bedroom light only worked for a few hours before flickering and going off.
Would benefit from blackout blind or curtains.

This is NOT a hotel it's a hostel
Needless to say I paid close to £145 for a box room and had to share a bathroom. I'm airline cabin crew and my partner is a travel agent and we will NOT be recommending this establishment. The bed was uncomfortable and one side pushed up against the wall next to a radiator, no hangers or television and the toilet seat in a shared bathroom was broken. I have never paid so much for such an awful experience. I believe this should not be sold as a hotel as it is not.

Good location
The hotel is basic, clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Pretty basic furnishings but adequate for an overnight stay.

My stay
I had a lovely stay at the property which was very close to the cathedral and the Royal philharmonic orchestra and within reasonable walking distances to other Liverpool attractions. I had an en suite room with a massive bathroom. The host was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Great for anyone who doesn't feel the need for a reception desk when they enter a property. Exceptionally clean and tidy.

Heel simpel

Not a hotel
These are apartments a guy rents out, not set up for holiday use. When arrived we had to wait at the door until someone would come to check us in. We were in a different building to the "standard one" which was in a semi refurbishment state, with holes in the walls.

Brilliant apartment style booking
Brilliant. More air bnb style. But absolutely superb. Booked an en suite room. Couldn’t have asked for more. Even have access to a joint kitchen/ lounge area, so the option to cook breakfast if you so wished! Perfect for groups, as you could end up with a while apartment to yourselves.

Happy Guest
Very comfortable beds and easy check in/out process. We didn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel, so shared kitchen and bathroom was okay with us. Downsides - AC wasn’t turned on, though to be fair we didn’t realize it’d be so warm until late at night. More showers would have been helpful as we had to take turns with other guests. Overall, a good experience

Great little hotel
Hotel room was small, but beautifully decorated, bed was comfy. The room we booked had a shared bathroom, only one other room to share it with and we didn't overlap. The bathroom was perfect, hot shower etc. The hotel was really well priced and is in the perfect location, 5 min walk from concert sq, 7/8 walk to the main shopping area. The owner also let us park free of charge in the car park at the rear. Would have no hesitation booking again,

Close to city centre
Overal good, we stayed in the ‘overflow’ hotel, due to the consideration that a stag do was staying and the gentleman didn’t want us to be disturbed. There was a few minor issues with the hotel: the bed was a little uncomfortable, outside our bedroom window was a bit of a mess with the neighbors throwing beer cans down, there was no mirror in the bedroom so unable to straighten hair, the shower was a bit fiddly to get hot water and the WiFi was not working, however I called the gentleman up that checked us in and he fixed the WiFi situation right away. I would stay here again and would recommend - as the issues that I had were only minor and the customer service was great with great hotel cleanliness!!

Perfect spot for the city centre. We were in the overflow hotel a few doors down and it was ideal. Clean and cosy with great service.

Avoid. This is not a hotel.
This is not a hotel. Also we were not given the room we booked despite booking months in advance. We were put into over flow accommodation in a totally different building. It was clean but it was like spending the night in an office that had bedroom furniture put into it. No electric points near any appliances. No mirror. Paper cups. Just bizarre and most definitely not worth the £100+ price tag for the night. Avoid. Currently complaining to try and get a refund. On a final note and very alarmingly our room had no fire alarm. There was no fire alarm outside either. And no escape signage at all. If there had been a fire we might not have known or might not have been able to escape. Contraveening laws I would imagine. I have a serious issue with this point. Just not good enough and unacceptable.
