funcionários muito bacanas, prestativos, dispostos, mas a administração poderia contratar mais para períodos festivos, o café da manhã estava uma bagunça e o checkin foi demorado. Na piscina, necessita uma monitoria para prevenir pessoas sem noção. Ponto positivo também para a localização do hotel e a sopinha maravilhosa. Sugiro também disponibilizar mais travesseiros com custo extra.

Pelas fotos parecia um hotel excelente, porém deixou a desejar. A recepcionista foi grossa comigo. Não tem chuveirinho para higiene íntima, os tapetes do banheiro encardidos,a Tv muito pequena. Vc conversa com a recepção pelo celular.O café da manhã razoável. Me colocaram em um quarto para cadeirante. Tudo baixinho, até a cama. A localização é excelente. Pelo preço que paguei, poderia ser melhor. Uma água de 500 ml por 10 reais ( exploração).

Hotel novo, porém degradado...
Mau cheiro nos corredores, provavelmente por ser com carpete... Quarto tão pequeno que não tem a menor condição de acomodar mais de 2 pessoas... não tem armário, porque não caberia... a pia do banheiro é no próprio quarto... o boxe é separado do vaso sanitário... se quiser evacuar e depois tomar banho, tem que sair de um cubículo e entrar em outro... se for claustrofóbico, vai literalmente "evacuar de medo" no espaço do vaso... ao tomar banho, tem que deixar a toalha e a roupa do lado de fora... a água do banho vaza para o quarto... recomendam deixar as toalhas usadas, para lavar, no chão do banheiro... tem uns trambolhos de luminárias na cabeceira da cama que a gente bate a cabeça... televisor pequeno e posicionado no cantinho do quarto, em vez de ser na frente da cama... decoração de absurdo mau gosto, e tudo o mais muito degradado para um hotel relativamente novo...
