My stay was great I’ve stayed many times the service was good all the staff are very helpfull the only thing was the carpet in the room was stained in many places . General cleanliness was very good just those 2 things

Great staff.
The staff are brilliant, friendly and always happy to help. The rooms were not in the best condition and certainly not worth more than £100 per night. The bar shut at 10pm on the first night we were there despite a lot of residents wanting to use it post show. We had friends staying at the nearby Travelodge where the rooms were much nicer.
