Wonderful accommodations! Though close to the very busy Rialto Bridge area, it’s in a calm quiet little square, with a lovely restaurant. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds and bathroom are all very comfortable, the owner is absolutely lovely and it has a small deck (not big enough for chairs but big enough to stand on) over a canal where you can watch the boats go by.

The hotel wasn't a good location. We never met the host which was strange. There was also a very strong sewage like smell in the reception area. The worst part were the five flakes upstairs we had to walk up just to get to the bedroom. The stairs leaving up from the living area to the bedroom were very Steep and creaky. Also there is a discrepancy between what hotels.com said we needed to pay for the city tax and what the host made us pay.

Outside of property looks a little rustic which was a bit concerning initially. Fantastic location and apartment. Everything we needed and more with a gorgeous little balcony overlooking the waterway. Coffee machine with pods was an added bonus! Very clean and well maintained. I liked the convenience of the location to surrounding landmarks in Venice. The shower pressure was bad and the host came in to the apartment and closed the shutters while we were gone. I prefer natural light in my space and wanted to enjoy the canals view. I never had a host come in to the apartment’s while we were gone and not tell us.
