The room was clean and beautifully designed. There was only one thing that stops it from being an excellent. The resort stay included 40 some dollars toward dinner or breakfast, but when I went to the hotel restaurant at 7 PM to have dinner, the chef was on a break for 20 minutes. That’s kind of weird and I’ve never seen that in a New York hotel.

My family & I traveled to NYC for a few days & am so glad we stayed here. The location is amazing- walking distance to many attractions- and the neighborhood is very quaint & pretty quiet. The hotel itself was perfect. We had a decent view of the Brooklyn Bridge. The room itself was spotless. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The shower was one of my favorite things. It had a regular shower + a rain shower and the toiletries provided were top tier. We all loved it here and will absolutely stay next time we’re in town.
