Agradável surpresa

Sempre tive vontade de me hospedar, mas pelas avaliações negativas que o hotel recebe (injustamente na minha opinião) estava insegura, pois sou autista e tenho várias limitações, principalmente quanto à alimentação, a ruídos e odores. Confesso que pela estrutura e pelos preços muito superiores praticados na região, não tinha grandes expectativas. Mas fui surpreendida positivamente. Podem ir sem medo! Os funcionários são educados e solícitos, os quartos em que eu e minha família nos hospedamos são amplos, confortáveis e extremamente limpos. O hotel tem uma enorme e bem cuidada área verde, que conta com redário, lago e playground. E ainda é per friendly. O restaurante Taberna do Castelo foi uma agradável surpresa a parte: servem um café da manhã bem gostoso e muito variado e os pratos do almoço e jantar tem um excelente preço e também é muito saboroso e bem servido. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes…

Razoavel, é a segunda vez que retorno ao castelo, sua arquitetura e mobilia sao maravilhoso, porem o resto do hotel todo deixa a desejar, o restaurante interno tem o menu muito limitado, o restaurante externo conhecido como solar, não tinha pizza, e uma variedades de coisas escrita no menu, o parque estava abandonado por conta da chuva, fiquei frustrado, pelo menos dessa vez nao tinha festa de casamento e foi possivel visitar as outras áreas do castelo.

Não conseguimos usar a hidro e o café da manhã era bem fraco. Pão de queijo quadrado e bem ruim. Pouca variedade de alimentos saudáveis, pouca diversidade de fruta, não tinha tapioca…o que tinha mesmo era pão e guloseimas. O hotel é lindo, decoração bem legal.

Vale a pena conhecer este castelo

Estadia de 1 dia pra conhecer o castelo de Itaipava! Ficamos no quarto com hidromassagem e foi maravilhoso! A decoracao em estilo medieval tem um charme especial. O quarto confortável, piscina semi aquecida no terraço e jacuzzi na área externa e o café da manhã bem servido, deixaram nossa estadia mais gostosa. Vale muito a pena se hospedar neste castelo!

A cama estragou

O hotel está muito bem cuidado. A falha foi na noite de sono que nao foi boa pois o nosso colchao tinha um buraco e nao esta firme. Acredito que em virtude do suporte dele nao ser uma cama e sim uma base adaptada. Nos hospedamos na suite samurai 405 que possui um espaco restrito para esta cama. Mas vale a experiencia e esse "detalhe" ppode ser resolvido pelo estabelecimento.
