Disappointed
Disappointed to arrive with unfriendly member of staff checking us in. Very blunt. Not welcoming.
To then be told we had to pay £200 holding deposit for damages with no prior warning which is totally excessive considering we’d paid £250 per night. Was also told it would be a holding deposit and released on departure. 4 days later it has not been returned to our account and when I phoned up to check, was told it would be 5-10 days.
Also we went to the spa to take a look around and enquire about availability. Was told that the menu was on the Tv in our room and they had no price list. Staff were just sat behind the table talking and paying us no attention- felt very rude. We therefore did not book the spa because of it.
