This is not a resort. It is a timeshare. The rooms and location are great but the gym was bad. The rooftop bar was closed after 7. Although happy hour provided free drinks. No food whatsoever in the building. Won’t stay here again.

Overall a good stay. Be aware they will try to sell you a time share. Had I known that, I would have chosen another place. Regardless , the rooms were good, they offered a complimentary happy hour on the rooftop bar which was nice. Great location. Although they pushed the valet parking, there is a private garage around the corner ($60/night).

Everything was fantastic, from check in to check out! Great location, close to train stop, everything downtown was easily walkable. Room was spacious and clean, and well maintained. The only issue we had was we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi for the TV for streaming, I text the number they gave for the front desk and someone came up in under 5 minutes and fixed it! We also never waited for the elevators, they were all in working order and constantly running! We will be back to this hotel next month!

The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Water pressure in the large shower was delightfully strong, and had both rainfall and standard/handheld showerheads. The windows are thick and extra-insulated against noise; even though my room faced the train tracks, the train noise was substantially muted. Staff were helpful, friendly, and responsive. The property feels safe and secure. The hotel provides reusable metal water bottles and ultra-filtered water filling stations - a thoughtful and environmentally conscious amenity. The hotel is in a convenient location near the river walk, close to restaurants and shopping.

We loved our stay at Sports Illustrated Resorts in Chicago. All of the staff were friendly and willing to assist with anything. We were able to get an early check in and could keep our bags at the hotel on our last day, which was all really helpful. The rooftop bar was a hit! Pretty awesome you can get free food and drinks included with your reservation, that sometimes you don’t even see at more mainstream hotels. Would recommend!

It was okay for our four night stay, gave me and my sister a place to sleep at least. There's no daily houskeeping and some of the furniture was dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and the room was mostly comfortable. However, there were some oddities that were missing including no towel bars and no refrigerator. Additionally, a planned "Tailgating Event" on Saturday prior to a White Sox game was to start at 10:00 a.m and go to 2:00 or until the food ran out. Before 11:00 am there were only a dozen strips of bacon and some bread.
