Decent place, reasonable location
It is a decent place with a reliable shuttle. I didnt have to wait long. There is a big Target you can get to just a few minutes walk away if you need to buy some things. Despite my room facing the highway, I wasnt disturbed through the night. Its about a $10-12 cab ride from the Fashion outlets mall of Chicago so thats convenient if you are in for a very short time as I was. The breakfast didnt have tonnes of variety but it was okay. Overall,decent place,clean,and very convenient to get to the airport.

Great hotel, noisy due to highway and airport
Brand-new looking hotel. Clean. Nice amenities. Didnt like: paying for parking, adjacent to highway AND airport so Tons of noise. It didnt prevent me from sleeping but my window overlooked a 10 lane highway and a landing strip.

Front desk guy was checking in a big party and then us he put me and my family on a room by the elevator and in same floor as big party, I mention to him he said we would be fun bu we had noice all night from people at the party and the smell of mariguana very disappointed on myself for not been brace enough to request another room and floor One more learning experience

Stayed 2 days to help with jet lag
We stayed for 2 nights after returning from Dubai and then travelling on to Arizona. It was super quiet. We were on the 5th floor facing the landing runway of O'Hare. We did not hear the planes! The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. We slept great. I loved the couch. It was firm and great to sit on. I would like to have a couch like that one at my house. We were staying there during Covid times and without a car so we had to order food deliveries for meals. All meals arrived easily to the front desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The manager behind the desk called me a guy.but i am a girl. They didnt tell me i had to pay $20.00 a night for parking untill i checked out. And when i said something about it again he called me a guy.

Disappointed
Disappointed in guests that were staying at hotel from New Years Eve until we left on Jan 3rd. We arrived on 12/25 and everything was fine until New Years Eve. The 2nd floor was filled with smoke smell when we came back to our room. We were told nothing could be done too hard to track??? The next day our next door room was up From 12:00 until 6:30 arguing and screaming. Again nothing done. Glad we were leaving. Our room never cleaned for 9 days. We had to ask for towels, Tp, kleenex, emptied our own garbage twice.
