The staff kept this resort clean the entire time. They were always seen cleaning every time we came from our room. The changed linens very quickly. The pool atmosphere was great, food was good and the resort is right on the beach so you can see all the planes landing! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our ocean view room had a great view of the pool and ocean. The room was also spacious and very clean. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at Azul as well as the view and breeze from the ocean. The staff were courteous and very accommodating. The edge pool was wonderful! It was peaceful with staff there to serve you drinks. The resort is great for relaxing as well as taking advantage of the excursions to explore the island. You have access to the family side (Sonesta Maho Beach). It is very crowded and the food is only mediocre. I really enjoyed the quiet vibe at the Ocean Point!

Absolutely beautiful property with the most beautiful staff! This was my first solo trip and St. Maarten, specifically, Sonesta Ocean Point made me feel so safe. Everyone was so kind from the airport staff to the custodians. I will most definitely be back!

This property is located in an excellent area. You have to stay in the adults section where the liquor is premium and the restaurants are better quality, especially Azul. I would stay there again.
