The hotel is nice the rooms are big but we had issues with our lock from day one we were locked out of our room everyday. We also had to ask for towels everyday and only had our room cleaned 1 day out of six days because the cleaning lady couldn’t get in do to the locks on the door not working. The cleaning ladies and the bartender and everyone are so friendly &helpful except the front desk they were not very friendly I think from everyone complaining about stuff breaking everyday . The food was ok they need more restaurants. The exercise trainers in the pool were very friendly & funny we enjoyed working out.

Amazing staff at an amazing resort
My stay at St James was absolutely wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable, the food was good but what really made this stay stand out was the staff. Chef Lennox and Keeta went out of their way to make sure I had everything I could possibly want from the kitchen. Orlando always had a smile and constantly made sure all was good. We hired Jahson, a taxi driver that gave us a most informative, fun island tour. He explained the history, culture and how locals live. It was a great experience in between, swimming, relaxing and enjoying all the activities at St James. I highly recommend staying here!

A nice long weekend in Milan
This was a really easy hotel to stay at - very convenient to walking and public transport around Milan. The rooms were nice and the shower worked well. I would have preferred a cabinet with shelves and drawers for clothing vs a hanging rack and one night there was a disco that went on late and made it hard to sleep. It did end however when the front desk said it would, I just would have liked to have been warned about it when I checked in.
