Spectacular stay
From the moment I checked in, ny stay was flawless. I am at hotels all the time for business and decided to try this one out when passing through, and EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations. From sweet Doris at check in, to my stunning rooms, to A+ room service for dinner and breakfast, 12/10 stay!!!! I was really impressed with the kind and SINCERE service, everyone with excellent/professional communication skills

Everything was wonderful from the cleanliness of the room and hotel to the friendliness of the staff. A minor complaint was 1 of the 3 elevators was not operating during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Quick check in which was much appreciated especially after a long day of travel. Room was spacious but smelled moldy. The pullout mattress had a yellow stain on it. Needed to call housekeeping for blankets for pullout. That came promptly. The takeout food place in the lobby is convenient but expensive. Was happy to check out and make our way to our next destination.
