Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable (albeit tiny) room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Delicious hot breakfast in the morning. We felt very safe there. Dropped off our bags in the morning and explored the city. We would stay there again any day!

Great hotel. It’s a bit outside of the hustle and bustle but if you don’t mind that, it’s great. Have food places and even laundromat nearby. The staff was the best. All helpful and kind. I wish we stayed here our entire time in nyc. Staying at the time square area is a mistake.

This Hotel has extremely small rooms. However, the staff are extermily professionlal.

I think the staff is doing the best they can with the amenities they have - the breakfast area is far too small for a hotel this large. It was jam packed every morning with slow coffee machines -- but it did the job. It was walking distance to Times Square and Broadway which was super helpful!

Breakfast was dreadful. Felt like a bun fight in a youth hostel. Food wasn’t great and juice tasted gross. Otherwise great location and clean. Room was very small for 4 people but we coped! Perfect position

Nice hotel in a quiet location, 15 mins walk to Times Square , breakfast was a good bonus but very busy and not a large seating area , the outside seating area was been renovated so out of use , I would use this hotel as was comfortable had everything you needed , and was a good price

Great location which is 3 blocks from Times Square. The building is hard to find with scaffold and no signage out front. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay but room is small with very little seating to cater full hotel.

Loved the friendly, helpful staff! Our room was small but still comfortable and clean. The only issue is that you really do need more breakdmfast space. 😉

I liked the breakfast and 24 hours coffee/tea machine. There's a flexibility in checking in. Overall have very good 4 days 14th-18th May stay at hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and perfectly comfortable, though a little on the smaller side. Breakfast can get quite busy, so it's worth arriving early if you prefer a quieter start to the day. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout our stay. As for the location, it's a great choice if you're looking to escape the chaos of Times Square while still being close to it.
