This was our 2nd time staying here & it was just as good as the 1st. We were able to get early check in & a later checkout. There’s always cold water for guests to drink at the lobby & the front desk always welcome you each time you come in. Rooms are a bit small but it was a good enough space for the 2 of us. Everything is walking distance even to the subway. We would stay here again

I actually don’t write reviews, but I need to do it as the staffs Christina and Afsheem are above and beyond. They were extremely guests friendly, helpful and very professional! The hotel is one of the best location few steps to 5th Ave, Empire State Bldg and walking distance to all other tourist spots… will definitely book here again. Thank you.

Had a different hotel booked 7 months in advance. I canceled it a few days before my trip and booked this one instead. I am so glad that I did. Hotel is wonderful. It is centrally located in the middle of everything. You can walk to Times Square but its far enough away that the street is not hectic at all. Elevators are very quick, room was clean, they still offer daily house keeping, equipped with a refrigerator, everything seems on the newer side. I felt very safe on this street. Many restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries within one block. Im a heavy packer and there was ample space for all of my stuff. I have zero complaints. This place was very reasonably priced too. If you are coming to be pampered then stay somewhere swanky. If you need a good place to sleep, shower and relax before going to explore, shop, sight see, eat and drink then this is the perfect hotel. The 3pm check in time is another plus!
