Fine for 2 days but wouldn't stay again
In town for UNGA. The location is convenient but the service and accommodations are sub-par. The breakfast was on the same level of continental of the Ramada Inn, except it was $20.

Dissatisfaction
Broken window that was covered with cardboard. Charged our credit card upon arrival. We wanted to pay cash when we left but front desk did not know how to do that. Took photo copies of both of our licenses AND credit card upon arrival. It was not returned when we left. Why????!

Look elsewhere
This was a terrible experience. When we arrived, we had to wait for the room to get ready for a period of time….and we weren’t the only ones. The bedding were less than ideal, then we found out that the TV didn’t work, when I called the front desk, the message said the mail box was full….So basically we simply had to deal with it. I wouldn’t mind as much if the room was free, but it wasn’t, i paid my hard earned money to take my family out on a quick weekend vacation. On the way out, we again had to wait to be checked out, partly so that our parking can be validated. Which made no sense, because we were charged the same amount, if not more than the parking lot was charging for anybody else. In short, this was a terrible experience, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awesome!
I have no idea why there were so many negative comments - This place was spotless! Everything was just amazing - from check in to checkout. I def will stay here again. The beds are super comfy and GREAT location!
