Daily cleaning crew was good & staff was polite. However, the room was run down. Peeling wallpaper, scuffed walls, chipped doors, etc. Sheets were cheap and very scratching, which made it hard to sleep. AC quit working in the room in the last night. Location was convenient to a subway entrance, but the street was not very nice.

The room was very cute, but SMALL. The bathroom was good size for two people but absolutely no storage or shelving except the back of the toilet tank. The shower handle had a leak in it, which we reported to front desk upon checkout. The air-condition was very good,But the sound was atrocious! So loud that you were unable to sleep. So we shut it off at night to sleep and roasted. Although the location of 35th and 8th was amazing, I did feel the price was a bit high for what we received. Lastly when we arrived to check in, there was a line of about 7 people ahead of us & only 1 person manning the front desk. The exact same issue upon checkout 2 days later.

Fine hotel, staff could have been better.
The hotel was clean, and it was very close to the venue where the event I was seeing took place. Staff could have been a little friendlier, especially at check out. The two woman behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me for a few minutes, and carried on a conversation as if I wasn’t there. Other than that, the hotel was decent.

The room was great and fit our needs well. Clean and functional. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. There was a luggage handler or whatever he was that was very helpful and nice.
