We really enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square South. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk from Madison Square Garden, Times Square and Penn Station, which made getting around so easy. The staff were lovely, friendly and always happy to help, which made us feel really welcome. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and after busy days exploring New York, it was great to come back and relax. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it!

We would absolutely stay here again. Staff was welcoming, helpful, and kind. They were able to store our bags when we arrived to city quite early in the day. The location felt secure, and room was large enough for four adults to move around comfortably. Breakfast was great with many options for both food and drink, and though busy, it was not difficult to find seating.

This hotel was great. The staff were extremely helpful and quick with check in and check out. It is very close to MSG, The Empire State Building, Times Square, Penn Station, etc. The breakfast bar was very nice with lots of different options. Everything was clean and well kept. The only con was how long it took to use the elevator sometimes.

Great hotel! Exceptionally clean hotel with a fantastic bar on offer too! The room was a bit tight but overall this didn’t affect us at all as we were simply using it as a place to sleep rather than spending loads of time in there. The breakfast was pretty simple, but certainly did the job and made a start to the day of exploring NYC so much smoother. Would definitely stay here again!

10/10 Exceptional

Room was small for a family of 4, but quiet, beds were comfy, and good Aircon. Breakfast was very good. Gym was also good. There is also a laundry room next to the gym which we used ($2 per wash and $2 per dryer). We also bought takeaway pizza which you can then eat in the lobby area rather than your room. Location was good - 5 min walk to Penn Station.

The proximity to Times Square, and some great food was perfect. It was also close to subway stops which made travel convenient. The rooms were small but for New York that is normal. The breakfast was good, lots of options. Try Vito’s pizza on the corner of 9th Ave and 36st. It’s the best. Also give Tavola a try. It is on 9th ave and it’s an amazing Italian restaurant
