The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. My room was clean and the king size bed was very comfy. I’m a late sleeper so I missed breakfast!

This hotel is in a prime location, close to all the parks, restaurants, etc. The staff were amazing and accommodating and their morning complimentary breakfast is one of the best I seen. I come to florida yearly and will definitely be staying here every time. The suite was spacious, clean and no issues at all. The pool was clean and laundry room was helpful for our wet clothes to be washed and dried. I can’t think of anything to say other than positive feedback, and this is rare. Thank you so much!!!

Suite was most accommodating for a family of 5; friendly staff, loved the complimentary breakfast! Definitely, recommend!

8/10 Very good

The room was spacious but wasn't maintained to best condition. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and cycled on and off constantly. This hotel allows large dogs. When walking past a room near the elevator a dog would bark aggressively. The location was convenient. The $10.65 overnight parking fee wasn't necessary for this area. We did not try the breakfast this time

Great staff! Very helpful. Our original room didnt have any hot/warm water on the shower, they managed to reacommodate us. Great location, close to most interesting shopping, restaurants and easy access.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, cleaned and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great we loved that. My only request would have been for the bathroom sliding door to have handles both in and out for a more easy open and close as our door felt a bit hard to slide. For the rest we had a great stay. Would surely recommend and stay again.

Room was surprisingly large with real dishes, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It's ideal for a lengthy vacation on a budget. Breakfast was included. The hot food options were not great, but the Mickey waffles were a nice touch.

We had gotten there earlier than expected. I went in and asked if they would be able to accommodate an earlier check in. Thankfully with 3 under 5, they had one! We had no problems getting right in and set in the room. The staff was all helpful and cheerful. The gentleman at the front even came and gave my 2 yr olds stickers at breakfast. On that note, the breakfast was probably one of the best set ups I have encountered at a hotel for the rates. They had a variety of options and everything was fresh. We all loved it. Only thing I would note was the rooms obviously weren't 100% brand new, but it was all still clean and I would definitely recommend to anyone. There is also a little strip of stores in walking distance, a target. Mcdonalds, etc. All right there.
