The room was spacious, comfortable & spotless. The staff @ the front desk so so nice & helpful with excellent suggestions for places in the area. I especially enjoyed the shower & water pressure. The rainfall overhead was relaxing & the handheld was perfect the really get my hair clean. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Good room, good bathroom. Unfortunately room was only one floor up on the alley side of the building (no view). And it was garbage pickup morning, so a bad room location due to street noise & garbage truck noise. We’ve noticed that bookings thru hotels.com are in the worst rooms in general.
