"I really enjoyed my stay at CitizenM. The hotel was exceptionally clean, functional, and well designed. The lobby has a great space for gathering or getting some work done, with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of comfortable areas to sit. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was super clean and surprisingly spacious, making it very comfortable. The walking distance to the airport was exactly as described in the hotel information, which made getting to and from the airport incredibly convenient. "Wonderful stay, very nice, polite and helpful staff which is quite out of the ordinary for the Netherlands where service is generally and mostly inexistent. To illustrate this, I reported a leak problem with my shower a few hours after checking in. The concierge reported it promptly but maintenance chose to ignore it and it was not fixed until the last evening of my 3-day stay and my reporting the problem 4 times… This kind of situation should never happen in a hotel of this level. Other than that I loved my stay at the Krasnapolsky"
