The hotel is in a lovely position, opposite Vondel Park, is very close to the major museums and close shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and the hotel has a very relaxed vibe. I really enjoyed my stay and the room was a sanctuary to come back to after a busy day sightseeing and shopping.

We absolutely loved S&A Vondelpark, our room was on the 3rd floor and the building is so full of character while still having every amenity needed. The common areas and fireplace downstairs are very nice, the staff are friendly and the location is outstanding - vondelpark, cafes, restaurants, shopping are all so.convenient. Will definitely go back.

Really a beautiful space all around--the common areas are well-appointed, and my individual room was quite large and very comfortable. This hotel is really convenient for getting around: it's a quick walk to the Museumplein, and the tram is just a couple of blocks away. There is also a good grocery store, some restaurants, and a great gelato shop just on the other side of Vondel Park--a six minute walk or so. I only spent two nights here this time, but will definitely try to return on my next trip to Amsterdam!

On our arival we were greeted by wonderful staff. Really helpful nice and kind we booked in fast and easy and showed to our rooms. The rooms were great clean and comfortable. One of our rooms had an amazing view of the park which i sometimes dont find in amsterdam which is never really an issue anyway as you are out most of the day anyway just a place to stay and as long as the room is clean thats all that matters so this was definitely a bonus. The room itself was lovely clean well kept and the tea and coffee in the room was lovely and if you needed more or wantwd more or extra towels you were able to get these . In the reception area is a lovely comfortable seating area that people were sitting in having drinks and playing games and just chatting in which was nice. The hotel is situated really close to the museums and a great eating area with great bars restaurants and cefe. Plenty of shops around if you needed to pick up anything you need like toiletries or snacks or drinks and is close to a tram stop to get you anywhere around the city. Overall it was a great hotels and would definitely recommend
