We enjoyed the location and the overall experience of the hotel. The only thing we would suggest is to offer more frequent shuttles to and from the parks. The timinng of the shuttle ot Magic Kingdom and Epcot was very sparse/spread out and did not allow a trip back to the hotel to swim and relax and then go back to the parks.

Always the go to place for us every Thanksgiving weekend… kids love the spacious room and comfortable beds. Staff has always been nice as well… ONLY thing we didn’t like was that we have a neighbor on our floor, and their dog keeps barking a lot… every morning… wish there was a way to isolate the family with pets so others can get a better sleep. It was really disappointing.
