Excellent location next to the station and close to water taxi stations. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and recently updated however the bathroom was quite dated and every time we used the shower it flooded the floor. Hotel has a small lift which is very handy with luggage and after walking around Venice all day. Complementary breakfast was very good with a good selection on offer.

Very well located hotel, very helpful and nice staff, recently refurbished andvery comfy bed and room, with great air conditioning and clean amenities. Breakfast was fair, but coffee taste wasnt very good, and missing fresh orange juice (available jioces were indistrial and not very tasty. Definitely recommend anyway!

The property is located in a really handy location near the railway station, taxi piazza and water buses, but down a smaller alley so away from the hectic crowds. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with an early check in and slightly later check out as well as recommendations. Room was a good size and very clean, with a great buffet breakfast offered. Would definitely stay here again!
