Great friendly hotel
We stayed for a Graduation which was opposite hotel so very convenient. Chargeable car park at rear of hotel was handy. Great fresh cooked to order breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in evenings but did have a drink in the bar that was nice stylish decorated. Good choice hotel that’s a short walk into town (although a hill to walk up on way back). Nice rooms . Would stay again infact it’s our second stay here.

The room we initially had was on the smaller side considering how much we paid for the room and there were two adults and a toddler. It also was really hot with a broken AC unit. We tried to get through the first night but unfortunately all of us struggled to sleep. The next morning we spoke to the lady on the reception who was kind enough to offer us an alternative room on a higher level, the room was a lot more spacious and had a sea view. Besides the issues with the room, the hotel itself is lovely, perfectly located with super friendly staff and alternative leisure activities if you don’t fancy the sea side. Sita working at the bar was amazing with our three year old and the food was faultless. Would definitely book again.

Lovely clean friendly hotel. Very near to the beach. 5 min walk. Welcoming bar, pool, games room and restaurant for meals/ snacks all day and early evening. Private Car parking at £10 daily. Room serviced daily. Do not come if you dont like dogs! Dogs are welcomed in some of the rooms and certain hotel areas.

No loyalty or value
I've stayed 6 or 7 times at this hotel this year alone but loyalty counts for naught. I was given a room the size of a closet that had a faulty air conditioner, no shower curtain to speak of and a television that turned itself on at about 7.30 every morning. Paid over £100 a night without breakfast or parking. Saw a receptionist when I left who I know from before and was told they could've changed the room but the manager the day before said they were full - lying toerag me thinks.
