Holiday maker
Pros 7 minute walk to all the shops and coral island Room 3 has a very comfortable bed Both the room and bathroom was clean Large storage cupboard for all your clothes and suitcase Negatives Unusual procedure when you arrive has you check in at another hotel then collect your keys back at the Albany hotel Loud people above the room 1 night but after phoning the owner he soon sorted the situation out and apologised to us

6/10 Good

Property was good for what we needed it for. It was local to where we were visiting so very convenient. Property needs some TLC (deep cleaning and redecorating needed). Staff were friendly.

Budget Hotel
Nice hotel on a budget - it’s not The Ritz but that’s not what you’ve paid for - staff friendly and helpful

Ian, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Ideal location for Winter Gardens, where we were going Saturday night. Close to Tower and we parked on a drive 2 streets away. Can pull up outside to unload. Room a little tired but adequate for what we needed. Comfortable bed
Sally, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

For the price we paid for this hotel we had an excellent stay, we had two rooms adjoined by a bathroom giving us some privacy from the kids, everything we needed was available. When we asked the manager for four extra pillows it was no problem, parking was available at an extra cost, the hosts were lovely and couldn’t have done anything more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.
Julie, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Didn't clean the room once while I was there(7night), only 2 towels between 3, when asking for car park they phoned someone who would take my car and hand it back when the hoilday was over and if i paid cash he would do it cheaper 🤔.
Stuart, 7-night trip

Leslie, 2-night trip

Short Trip to Blackpool
Welcomed upon arrival, room on top floor and exactly as described, twin room, clean, tidy and perfect for my needs. Bathroom was clean, sheets were freshly laundered, had read some bad reviews but for a very cheap price I was provided with exactly what I needed, basic, clean accommodation. Parking was available nearby on roadside, beware, car park prices are exorbitant for overnight parking!
David, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Bed comfy but only good feature in room. Poorly maintained property. Staff friendly but tried to overcharge for parking.
Sarah, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Lovely room, only downfall there was no Hand Towels or a bath math outside the Shower, My friend slipped on the shower tray and bruised her leg.
Valerie, 1-night trip

Hotel Albany
The owner was amazing nothing was too much trouble he was very pleasant & helpful
Michelle, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is not actually a hotel it’s a guest house, it does not do breakfast or evening meal and there is no longer a bar. Whilst that did not bother us it would be good to at least get the description correct. The hotel needs some basic refurbishment, mostly painting and a bigger tv in the rooms, gone are the days when a 14” tele is acceptable.
Richard, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Warning!!!!! Stay here at your own risk!!!! Its worse then a homeless shelter, the manager pretends that he can't speak English so you cannot complain he was also knocking on my door late at night asking to enter my room I told him my little girl was sleeping and he was not coming in my room.

Fab wee hotel
Owner went above and beyond, me and my sister booked a twin room which happened to be on the 2nd floor, he noticed my sister wasnt as mobile and offered us a twin room on the ground floor, which was a massive help as she was able to walk further and out longer, we also had use of a microwave which again was no hassle, quite central to all amenities in Blackpool.
Sharon, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good location for the event.
The parking is off site only, hotels.com have lied about being onsite parking.
Philip, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

In all my 57 years of been alive I have never in my life been to a more disgusting hovel and I have gone to Blackpool since I was a teenager room was disgusting toilet was hanging off the wall shower was vile we had to put towels over the bed because of stains and filth I honestly would never reccomend this place to anybody not even stag or hen parties its a total rip off and the photos they put on the web is totally not how it is absolutely shameful, we only went for one night thank the lord otherwise we would of come home
