Bad restaurants staff service

The room is good and clean but the lobby restaurant staff service is extremely bad ! We pay for a pricy breakfast buffet but the service time is not enough, the waiter closed buffet counter when we just sit down without reminder. The waitress who serves food counter ignored upon my mum asked the food which so bad !!!
