The location cannot be more appropriate for seeing the city, the hostel gives you a hotel feel and amenities beyond a hotel. It is remarkable. The staff provides additional hospitality features such as local tours and discounts for attractions. Just remarkable.

Hi Chicago was a great hostel exceeding my expectations! It was very clean, comfortable and had a big hangout area and kitchen. Every bed had their own lamp and socket and the shower and toilet was always clean. Getting free breakfast was a huge bonus! Loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone

It’s the second time I stay at this hostel. This time was better than the last one, the room and facilities were clean. I don’t know if there was an event or if I missed something cause there were children (8-10yo) playing, yelling and running all over the common areas all day long, it felt like a kindergarten playground…

This place is going downhill.

I paid extra to stay in a private room. Those rooms are still set up with a shared kitchen (frig, sink and microwave) and a shared bathroom. Which is fine. However, the 'shared' is with both males and females, and I for sure did not want to be taking a shower with men in the area. Next up. The sink leaked when you turned it on. Next up. The shower leaked and continually gets water all over the bathroom floor making a slip hazard.
