Super family hotel with great entertainment ...
Make sure to book half board !
great pools and vistas are gorgeous !
Get a seaview room !
Food is very good in the buffet and great for kids...though I thought 10 Euro For a Baileys a little expensive !
Service at the beach club can be a little haphazard and this needs to be improved to bring it to five star! We were left waiting way too long and I noticed other guests were irritated at having to wait on food , bills and drinks ...

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath had good pressure and temperature. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the high-traffic tourist areas but still only a few minutes away from local beaches, shops and restaurants. This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. Gloria at reception really made our stay, she was very helpful with advice on the local area and hire a car. Which great!
Thanks Gloria and all the...

Staff were fantastic and great with our 7 month old baby. The restaurant and bar area have views over the ocean that are simply breathtaking. Food was freshly prepared and cooked in front of customers at the buffet, which made it much more appealing. The clientele of the hotel seem to be much older - I’d say the average age is about 70! But there were some younger families, and it suited us perfectly as we were up early each day with the baby, and in bed by 10 every night!

Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Arona is during May, June, and September, when hotel prices are lower. To fully appreciate the town's rich history, stunning landmarks, and vibrant cultural scene, a stay of at least 5 to 6 days is recommended. This duration allows for exploration of its captivating attractions, including beautiful beaches, delightful dining options, and charming shopping areas. Visiting during these months not only offers great value for money but also provides a chance to enjoy the area's family-friendly and romantic experiences, all while keeping your travel budget in check.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Arona, start by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Additionally, enabling email alerts or push notifications can keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions, helping you seize potential savings. The Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to see the best options. If prices drop or availability changes, you'll be among the first to know, making it easier to book a spontaneous getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate due to various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at an Arona hotel. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we will suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, increasing the likelihood of securing the best deal.
Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Arona’s outstanding public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well-connected. For those interested in exploring alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
