Lovely staff but gone downhill
We've stayed here many times. We always have a suite and were given the same one we had last visit 10 months ago. As ever the staff are lovely and very hard working. The chef on grill duty is a great guy and very welcoming. However it's disappointing to see its gone downhill. Young male guests smoking cannabis in their rooms (I did ask for hotel security to intervene) stinking the corridor out. The ac in our room was leaking and obviously had been for a while. It got fixed, the large hole in the bottom of the bathroom door that should have been covered by a vent roughly 300mm x 150mm was left unfinished. The bath was chipped and the screen was rough. I no longer think it's good value for money. It's not a business hotel anymore.

The air condition was non-existent! The staff tried to accommodate, but the system was too weak and didn't provide enough cool to the room, despite the technicians trying to investigate twice in two-night stay. At the end of the day, we were miserable during the night due to lack of cooling!

A super experience from start to finish. On arrival greeted by Ignacio on reception, who explained everything about the room and the services provided by the hotel and where they were situated pool, restaurant etc. The room was lovely and was cleaned everyday that I was there. I had breakfast on 2 occasions and on both the buffet style continental food was very nice. Nothing was an issue for the staff, they even phoned a taxi for me on several occasions. A very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel.
