The room was spotless and a great size. Plus the bathroom was great. However, there was only Guinness on draught at the bar, only pizzas left on for dinner and when we got down to breakfast, the choice was pretty poor. No coffee or hot drinks (we really needed that at 4am!), no marmalade or marmite and I’m not a fan of hot breakfast from 6am only when there are so many flights before that. It wasn’t great.

Perfect for the airport, could see departure door from the room, staff very friendly, polite and helpful, hotel and room absolutely spotless, tea & coffee making facilities, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, toiletries. Took breakfast at 7.30, plentiful food and drink options, departure screen and news channels in a very comfortable lounge and with breakfast tables if you preferred. Didn’t use parking but it was on the fifth floor right next to reception foor (reception is on the fifth floor). If being dropped off, the express drop off is fine and right next to the hotel. Would stay again as it took the stress out of rushing in the morning.

Only limited food available - pizza and panninis. Receptionist having to be asked to serve at the bar as nobody was there. Limited bottle drinks - eg we normally have Bulmers Cider but we’ve run out ….. overall a really convenient hotel for the airport, I think we were just unlucky with the kitchen not operating for some reason. Room was very clean and tidy. In terms of a relaxation and walk to the airport, amazing, needs to look at what’s available for guests on the eve of their holiday. I think we were just unlucky
