Amazing stay!

My stay at the Kenect Phoenix was amazing! The staff was friendly. I was able to drop off my luggage after arriving early morning before check-in. I got back to the hotel about an hour before check-in and the front desk clerk was able to get me into my room before time. The hotel is about a 8-10 min walk to the convention center, restaurants and Fry's Grocery store. The city scooters were convenient as well if you don't want to walk too far. I had no issues during my stay. I was able to use the roof top pool... I enjoyed watching the sunset one evening. My room reminded me of an airbnb. You basically have all the amenties, refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, washer and dryer. What more could you ask for? It was my first time in Phoenix and if I ever return I'll definitely choose Kenect!

There was hair on the blanket, pillows and shower. There was blood stains on the sheets in two locations. There were a lot of hoops to jump through in order to get check in instructions. The microwave didn’t work. The front desk people were great.

Fast problem-solving and wonderful sevice!

When I arrived, I was originally assigned a unit that was being used for storage. They quickly got me switched to another unit for the night and then moved me to a larger, upgraded unit the next morning. Everyone was lovely and welcoming, and very accommodating. My overall stay was wonderful, even with the small blip with check-in!

I loved the clean beautiful apartment. I had come for QuiltCon2025 and could easily walk to the Convention Center and felt very safe in the neighbourhood. An easy walk to Matt’s Big Breakfast ❤️ which I did twice! The roof top pool and view where lovely, I enjoyed the coffee station on the main floor where you can choose hot chocolate or your favourite coffee from freshly ground beans. I would definitely stay here again.
