Lamentável
Pousada razoável. Tive que trocar de quarto porque a TV não funcionava e fui removido para um quarto térreo apesar de ter pago mais caro por um quarto superior e não fui restituído da diferença de valores entre uma acomodação e outra. O café da manhã é fraco, poucas opções e muito repetido. O colchão da cama de casal é horrível, cheio de caroços e buracos, muito desconfortável.

No geral, gostei bastante da estadia. Hotel bem limpo, tranquilo, com ar condicionado e chuveiro funcionando bem e troca de toalhas praticamente todos os dias. Para mim, os únicos pontos negativos foram: 1. A localização. A pousada é um tanto distante do centrinho de Búzios (cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada) e não tem nada por perto, como restaurantes, mercados e farmácias. Isso não me incomodou tanto, mas se você tiver dificuldades de locomoção, vai ser necessário pegar sempre uber para fazer as refeições. 2. A música gospel todos os dias no café da manhã, o que não combina com um ambiente que é frequentado por pessoas de diversas culturas e crenças, como um hotel.

Ótima hospedagem em Búzios.
A hospedagem fica próximo a rodoviária de Búzios (se tiver de bagagem é melhor pedir app trasporte pois as ruas são de paralelepípedo e pode danificar as rodinhas). poucos metros da praia da Ferradura (ótima para famílias) e 15 a 20 minutos a pé do centro (Rua das Pedras)...e pode seguir a pé pela Orla até a praia da Azeda. O Marcos e o Gerônimo sempre atenciosos e prestativos nos receberam muito bem. A Jô que cuida da cozinha prepara um ótimo café da manhã...com direito aos sucos naturais...queijo.. pãezinhos...tudo muito bom e com simpatia. A pousada é bem silenciosa e o bom e deixar as janelas abertas e só ouvir o som do vento. Recomendo a todos a pousada e espero retornar logo.

A pousada oferece excelentes condições para viagens curtas. Ambiente agradável chuveiro excelente, smart TV (que possibilitou vermos a minha netflix) e atendimento personalizado! O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso e precisa de manutenção, mas isso não compromete o lado bom.
