Awful Viridian Apartments
Terrible, awful and unprofessional. Check in instructions not received until 4 hours after check in, and incorrect check in codes given before this when we called the customer service. Had to send email address over message three times (why were check in instructions not sent via messaging?).
2 windows whistling like mad all night and hardly slept. The apartment was boiling, in December we were overheating. Regarding the check in and sorry state of the accommodation we were promised a call back 4 separate times last night and this morning, but someone only attempted to call at 4:37pm today and didn’t answer when I called back 10 mins later.
No satisfactory response, only time they were quick to talk with us was when we said we wouldn’t check out on time and will take our time getting ready due to terrible sleep.
They have now tried to fob the check in fiasco off to the out of hours call centre being a third party company they have apparently received numerous complaints about and still have on.
Missed three boxing matches due to the terrible delayed check in and despite many messages apologising, no corrective action actually done.
