We had a wonderful visit to Venice and our accommodations here were very good. The hospitality, the breakfast buffet, and the location were wonderful. Our visit was in October, and the air conditioning had been turned off for the season, but they were able to find us a fan for more comfortable sleeping. The only challenge we had was the bed mattress- more of a hotdog bun experience than we are accustomed to. But the onsite hospitality more than made up for it.

Beautiful small property hidden away. A huge challenge with luggage. Not a luggage porter in sight . The checkin was easy they had our room key ready in an envelope. Reception hours are 8 am until 2 pm. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. It can be noisy early in the morning it's near a busy water way.

Our favourite hotel out of our 3 week trip! Fabulous & helpful staff with great communication before & during our trip. Huge suite that was spotless & gorgeously decorated with well running, quiet AC. Comfy beds & loved the extra touches of slippers & a spare adapter plug. Surprise balcony in our room to sit out and enjoy the interior courtyard. All this topped off by a delicious breakfast every morning- my teenage daughter & I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel & stay here again.

This charming hotel is perfect for a stay in Venice! We were there during a terrible heat wave, but the room was cool and the breakfast was delish. The rooms are charming, and the hotel is an easy walk from the train station (even in the blazing heat with luggage). The hotel staff were the warmest we encountered on our whole trip — recommending cicchetti spots that were off the beaten path, explaining the hotel-provided paper map, and more. Extremely high level of customer service.

My boyfriend and I had a beautiful roof top room with terrace (lots of stairs) It was warm, clean, dry, comfortable, and quiet. Plenty of space to relax after a long day of exploring. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated being away from the main crowded tourist area. It was easy to use the boat transport and walk to all the places we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception is only open in the mornings until 2 pm so you have to plan around this. The reception area of the hotel is upstairs but there were no signs to indicate this. I would recommend that they add a sign on the ground level for clarity. Also the breakfast restaurant and some of the rooms are up a very steep set of stairs. There is no elevator so this hotel is not good for anyone who cannot climb stairs. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends.
